At this time, I have been advised by my solicitor not to name those using my kits to make masters for resin casting as this could affect my case when it goes to court.

Taking this matter to court is likely to be costly but as I can prove my kits have been used I am confident the other party will have to pay all the costs plus compensation.

All the other party has to do is acknowledge my claim and make some payment for the use of my kits. This notice therefore serves as a reminder that it is illegal to copy or re-produce my parts or designs without my prior written agreement.

I continually invest in new kits which is an expensive business and I will not stand aside and witness others profiting from my investment.
