That's a Class 20 bogies and Class 33 chassis which had the end sections
narrowed (with a file - no machining required). Battery box is "something
suitable " from an HST chassis chopped up and glued to the chassis.
Body is fitted to the chassis by blutak - sounds odd but very effective."
